Refund policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of the items sold on MyNudeShade.com, social media sales channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), in-person, popup shops, expos etc., we do not accept returns unless the entire package itself, with the items inside, is unopened. 

Refunds:

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Cancelations:

Once an order is marked shipped and mailed, we can not cancel an order.

Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In your email, it is required that you attach a picture of your damaged item to the email. We'll be happy to send out a replacement. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
