All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from My Nude Shade or a third-party postage service.

All standard orders (domestic and international) made after 12 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business day except holidays.

Expedited orders may be shipped the same day or the next business day.

Due to the fact that we ethically source and produce our products, it may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for your products to be delivered.

International customers pay duties and taxes for their country..

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
